They called twice to schedule a follow-up ultrasound. Twice. Not 10 times, or 6, twice. I called back to schedule and was told my doctor's request was deleted from their system as they called me twice. Was told by AMI I would have to call my doctor's office to have her put in another request. AMI, are you for real? Twice? Also, you deleted the request...why not just comment you called and are waiting on a response? You call my doctor, as I'm not bothering her for your unacceptable 2 call policy.
I recently had the Heart Calcium Study. I found the physical building clean, inside and out. The examine/test area was clean and not cluttered. My technician was superb. She explained the procedure, what I could expect for both time and noise. She answered my questions in a manner I could understand.
