Very rude receptionist! She hang up on me....
I went to AMI for an MRI after an ultrasound, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’d 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I ever need imaging again. They called twice to schedule a follow-up ultrasound. Twice. Not 10 times, or 6, twice. I called back to schedule and was told my doctor's request was deleted from their system as they called me twice. Was told by AMI I would have to call my doctor's office to have her put in another request. AMI, are you for real? Twice? Also, you deleted the request...why not just comment you called and are waiting on a response? You call my doctor, as I'm not bothering her for your unacceptable 2 call policy.
