I recently had the Heart Calcium Study. I found the physical building clean, inside and out. The examine/test area was clean and not cluttered. My technician was superb. She explained the procedure, what I could expect for both time and noise. She answered my questions in a manner I could understand. Had an MRI this evening. Ryan & Austin were very friendly & professional. Took great care of me. Prepared me for what was going to take place. In & out in a short amount of time. Great experience!
I had a ct scan done the technician who did the procedure was great. I had a bad experience with the office staff on the first floor. When I stopped in to get the redi- cat solution the woman was very uninterested in answering my questions about the procedure and appeared visibly irritated . When I stopped in to check in prior to my appointment I asked about insurance coverage and was told they could not supply the answer and it was my responsibility to call my insurance company . Visiting from out of state and needed a stat ultrasound of the leg for a DVT. I had the order/ script in hand and called. I was told that they needed the script sent to them from the doctor and the earliest appointment would be the end of next week. So obviously this place does not take STAT appointments and the receptionist was quite rude. Went to Jefferson and had a very good experience.
**This started as a 2 star review, but became a 4 star review after the swift and empathetic response of the director of the company** I have had very positive experiences with Advanced Medical Imaging in past years with very friendly, kind and thoughtful ultrasound technicians.
