Tried to pay my bill for over a year and every single time I called, they 'could not find' my account and said they would have a supervisor call me back. I never received a call and after several attempts, nobody could access an account for me. This company will apparently try to get as much money from you as possible. I do NOT recommend and will never return. Building your own scanning machine at home would be a cheaper option than AMI.
