Los doctores muy capacitados. Mi Dra radhika Patel execelente. Pero el servicio telefónico es pésimo nunca te puedes comunicar con la oficina de tu Dr. leo call center es muy malo. A el centro y los doctores le doy 5 estrellas. Pero al servicio del call center nada que ver. À la vez. Hay dos personas en la recepción que no brindan un buen servicio no son empaticas con el paciente. E incluso hacen comentarios inadecuados. Creo que deberían cambiar algunos de los empleados. Es muy diferente a las empleadas anteriores.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during today's phone call. I was placed on hold for approximately 12 minutes, and the call was ultimately disconnected without any assistance or explanation. This experience was both frustrating and unprofessional. As an educator, I value respectful and efficient communication, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet those standards. Now I will inform my union members not to come to this ill-mannered place.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Enrique Champillique, and the person who answered, Tara, was very rude and unprofessional. When I greeted her in Spanish, she responded abruptly saying “hello, hello, I don’t speak Spanish.” I told her I could speak in English, but even then, her attitude was disrespectful and unpleasant. quiero denunciar la groseria y el mal trato alos clientes en este sitio . las senoras se rien de los seguros de los clientes . hablan tonterias a los gritos delante de los clientes se creen las duenas del sitio y yo les pedi el favor que bajen la voz y que ellas hablaran como se les de la gana no deberia ser asi un sitio publico que trata pacientes. mas respeto
