I had an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience today with a nurse named Tamara. She administered an injection in a way that felt rushed, careless, and unprofessional. During the procedure, I clearly and repeatedly informed her that I was feeling very unwell. Instead of pausing or assessing my condition, she continued without proper attention to my warnings. I love this clinic so much! Everyone at the PT clinic downstairs is so amazing! Niko, Peter, Walter, Anna, George, Mo, Yuri and Alina are the best! I’m very happy with how I’m treated in this clinic :)

PT team is awesome. Walter and his crew are so thorough and give their all. I only wish their restroom had hooks for my personal things. It’s very unsanitary to have to put my things on the bathroom floor. Hence, the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, the PT team is great and have a lot of fun with their patients. And give great therapy.
