So unprofessional they don’t care I’ve calling this office since Tuesday morning the 3rd I get a text from them saying they will reach out to me shortly.. I heard back from them until Monday 9 in the morning not call via text what am going to say. “Someone texting my phone “How can I help you” like an old friend

The doctor and nurses are fine, but the front desk staff stink! They lie and mislead patients. I requested my medical records and she said that they are not allowed to give me my records, I never received my medical records that day that I came in person to this office. She said that I do not have a follow up appointment, then I asked her to give me a follow up appointment, she looked on the computer and then she found out that I had a follow up appointment. Update: On 9/25 they called me finally. I asked about next steps and medical results. They told me they can’t send me the records, and won’t be able to tell me my results unless I schedule a follow up, which the doctor will then tell me. That’s crazy. They’re basically withholding my health results. They can’t send my results unless I pay $150 for a follow up? What kind of doctor office is this? Once again, money hungry place.
