I had a regular 10k service for my Mazda 3; dropped the car off at 8.30am. Waited till 4.30pm and heard nothing even though they had my number. I called them and the car was ready apparently? Not really impressed I have to chase them up as to when my car is available. I was charged $430 with no major work done: change of oil filter, oil, inject treatment - minor stuff.
