I had a regular 10k service for my Mazda 3; dropped the car off at 8.30am. Waited till 4.30pm and heard nothing even though they had my number. I called them and the car was ready apparently? Not really impressed I have to chase them up as to when my car is available. I was charged $430 with no major work done: change of oil filter, oil, inject treatment - minor stuff. This mechanical didn’t solve my car’s problem, and tried to scam. They checked my car and said my car’s engine has big problems that I need to sell it and buy another one. Then a man gave me a second hand vehicle shop location and told me to ask the manager. I realized it’s weird, but still paid the $70 for the checking fee and go to the shop ask if I sell my car how much I will get?
