The rental Company who owns the house we stay in uses Advanced mechanical services and we have had Chase come by to do a couple of HVAC items in the house. He has always been friendly, Helpful, and timely. I know that sometimes having someone come into the house to work on, things can feel uncomfortable, but we have never had that experience with Chase. We really appreciate his kind demeanor, as well as the swift and high quality work that he and this company do.
I have used Advanced Mechanical Services for almost 19 years. I wouldnt use anyone else! They are fast, honest, & has saved me $1000s throughout those years. Thank you!
My A/C cut out last night and I called AMS first thing this morning. Amanda was friendly and helpful and told me they would be able to get someone out to service the system the same day. Joe arrived promptly and within minutes had the trouble diagnosed (failed Capacitor on the Condenser) and he had the replacement unit on his truck. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes-- fantastic! My system is up and running like new. AMS will definitely be my go-to folks for future HVAC needs.
My furnace was giving me problems and went out totally in the coldest days of this year. Joe came out first on a Sun night to help with it. Then had another gentleman come out Mon (MLK Day) to fix the issue. Both were very helpful and worked through this crazy weather. Absolutely will recommend to anyone who needs their services.
