He diagnosed the capacitor failure quickly and discovered a dangerous event that took place in the attic and resolved that issue too. Repair time with quick...no mess. Seriously, I highly-recommend Advance Mechanical. Definitely will be my go-to in the future for HVAC. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
