Rude..rude place. We won’t buy a chaparral because we would have to come here. Unfortunate
Beware! Once you come in, you cannot go back out. My son went out with me and immediately wanted to come back in because he did not like it at all. I was not allowed to go back out and there was no consideration of a partial credit. Very disappointing.
My wife and I just boat another Robalo. This time we bought it from Advanced Marina. I was not sure what kind of experience it would be, but I can say it was very positive. Dan and his dad Marc made us feel like family. They went beyond the ordinary in making us feel comfortable. Marc stayed with us on the water until we felt more confident with our much larger boat. After three days of practice Marc even rode with us back to our home marina. Thanks guys. Be sure to use our names for future reference. Al & Geri Fasulo
