I came here to get my vehicle serviced and I Laura Reitz was extremely rude, and racist. I had my child with me and my child has autism so it was already a long and frustrating day, but to be treated like that hurt so much. She threatened to call ICE on me. I decided not to do business here. I work hard and I pay taxes, why would I spend my hard earned money on a business that supports racism and the separation of families.
A HUGE THANK YOU! I am a hotshot driver and I had a damaged brake line that needed to be repaired. I called all over North Charleston and no one could get me in right away. I spoke to Ernie midday and arrived an hour and a half before they closed. They were able to replace the brake line that was damaged despite began after hours. I can’t thank them enough. We really appreciate your hard work and dedication to great customer service. Next time I’m in town, dinner is on me.
