Walking was painful for me, and Jessica ordered custom diabetic inserts and a pair of shoes for me. She also gave me good advice about other shoes for me to purchase, after I described my difficulties with the shoe that my podiatrist had prescribed. I ended up with Billy tennis shoes, which are so much easier to get in and out of with the zipper around the shoe laces. She has a workshop where she can make adjustments quickly to the orthotics. Fantastic Service. Been in a new prosthesis for about a month and I am completely satisfied. Great fit and I am back up to walking 4 to 6 miles most days. Jessica did a great job!!
Assistant Diane made my appointment quickly. Jessica, the practicianer, answered all my questions and efficiently made the ankle molds the same day! They were warm, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Truly professional on every level.
Jessica was absolutely amazing to work with. Extremely patient and thorough! Went above and beyond to ensure I received an orthotic that worked for me. Super helpful. Highly recommend!
