I would not recommend coming here as I did not have a good experience seeing Dr. Reddy. I was recommended to come here by my pcp to see a kidney specialist after I had some testing done. The front office was not welcoming and it seemed all around like a toxic work environment amongst the staff. When discussing my condition, Dr. Reddy talked to me as if I was a child and had no sense. She made me feel dumb and ashamed my health was the way it was. I have never felt so uncomfortable seeing a healthcare provider.

Doctor was great. The nursing staff besides the receptionist are awful. Rude, talking about you beneath their breaths like you don’t exist and strait up unprofessional…. Especially the skinny white nurse that’s in the back. She needs to quit right away because it’s apparent she doesn’t like her job and is taking it out on the patients.

ABSOLUTE WORST NEPHROLOGISTS TO EXIST. My mother lost her life due to their negligence 5/23/2023. Dr Hartono was her physician but he sent a bogus rookie Dr Leu, one who knew nothing about her. He discharged her from the hospital 5/18/2023, however she never came home. On 5/21/2023, she was rushed to the ICU & not one of these bogus drs came back to see her, but by that time, she was septic. We watched her painful death on 5/23/2023.
