Second time I've come with difficult keys to duplicate. This time it was a foreign lock and they shaved another duplicators failed key copies and they now work fine. And for no charge! They know their trade well. I highly recommend.
Very rude. Stated "we cant coming out today, my husband has two other jobs and we have kids to get home to." Instead of the appropriate "we are all booked up today would you like us to schedule something on Monday?"
