This was my initial service, but technician, Jordan did minimum. He even didn’t try to do the thorough job. Sales rep mentioned that the technician will remove all the webs and treat from the outwards and around the exterior of the house and interior. When I complained about that he didn’t remove all the webs, he stated mentioned about the policy and he kept saying that he can only do what he can reach.
