I've been a happy AI Pest customer for over 5 years and am very satisfied with the service. Dave Swehla is my technician. He always calls in advance and re-locks the gate when he leaves, which I really appreciate. I've only had ants once in all that time, and the problem was dealt with immediately. I highly recommend their service.
Dave S. was our technician when he was with a different company; we did not have pest issues and our lawn looked great. When he left I had an assortment of technicians and routinely called to have someone come out and re-spray because of issues. I saw Dave servicing a nearby house so I stopped and got his card. Once again, my yard looks great and I haven't seen a Black Widow since he started.

Dave is amazing!!! He treats our home, like it his own. Each time he is at our home, he goes above and beyond to be proactive with the seasons, aware of changes in the environment and is just a friendly guy, we trust. I called him one time with an "emergency creepy mouse experience", he was at my house within the hour to solve the problem and give us educational tips. Thanks Dave, you are a true professional!! We've had Dave Swehla with Advanced Integrated Pest Management for years and he does nothing less than a fantastic job. We haven't had any pest problems since he started and we hope that he continues with us for many years to come.
