Aaron the tech was Great he was on time and explained everything we need to know . He has Great customer service skills. He right on time . He will be back in 2 weeks to move on with the next step.

We have been using Advanced Integrated Pest Management for over 35 years. When we started using them when they were still Roseville Pest Control. Our pool was suddenly covered with what looked like winged ants that we thought might be termites. We called Roseville Pest Control, and a technician said they were closing, but since he would pass our home on the way to his, he would stop by. I recently did battle with pantry moths, and I have never had such a persistent problem. But Ray faithfully taught me and came out to check to see how we were progressing with the problem. We are 98% cured of the nasty little beasts and only thanks for Advanced Pest Management. Some years ago another company told me I had termites and needed to spend alot of money to fix the problem. I called Advanced for a consult,,,no termites, just a scam to get money. Thanks Advanced, you saved me alot of money on that one.

I am thankful to have had Advanced Integrated Pest Management in my life for the last 9 months and they always go above and beyond my expectations. They have helped me through many questions and even a move into a vacant home. They are always available and make sure to take care of any questions I have. Every person I have dealt with from billing to technician to sales I have been so impressed with the level of customer service and knowledge provided.

Dave Swella is my tech and would no trade him! He has made my home safe and free of pests -- I have not seen a hairy black hopping spider since he began service for me. He is considerate of my property and pets. I was anxious when he had to take necessary time off for medical, but he is back and I am again a content and grateful homeowner! Thank you Dave!
