My husband has been to this office several times in the past. The last time was 9 months ago. He made an appointment for February 4 but was called to rebook to today He went for the appointment. His insurance has NOT changed since his last appointment; the self proclaimed "office manager" told him he was all checked in and to have a seat. Within 10 minutes he was taken to an exam room and told the doctor would see him shortly. After waiting 45 minutes he went to the front desk to inquire when the doctor would see him. Excellent care. I moved to this area 12 yrs ago. Saw almost every dermatologist in the valley. Several years ago I found Dr Miriam Sickenger. She diagnosed my situation and has treated my skin ever since. Excellent, professional, caring. She also has a nurse Ariana who also has the afore mentioned qualities that Dr Sickenger has. Highly recommend this office.

Felt like the rug was pulled out from under me. So disappointed. I have had this condition my entire adult life. I was always told that nothing can be done about it. Then, Dr. Safaee tells me, yes, we can treat this condition. Finally! I was so grateful and so happy that my condition, which is embarrassing and full of anxiety, can finally be treated. Went in to Sickinger. Very long wait, over an hour. Had small spot on my wrist I was worried about. She said it was nothing, but said a spot on upper arm needed removal. She cut it out. I went back in two weeks for check up . I again said the spot on my wrist had grown, blistered, and irritated. She said it was nothing, but she would freeze it. She sprayed it and I left. I have visited the office a couple times and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I have never had to wait for Dr. Kim to see me. Very straight forward and kind demeanor. I went in for a concerning mark on my nose that would not accept makeup and at times would bleed. He gently biopsied the area and found another spot on my shoulder I hadn't noticed (biopsied that as well). Both came back as basal cell carcinoma.
