SAT HERE NEARLY TWO HOURS and saw NO ONE ...... went to receptionist and told her I’d rather go home and die than wait ONE more second.... THEY looked shocked that I didn’t want to wait another minute. FIVE people up front AND no one offered to try to figure WHEN they could FIT me in. They swabbed for flu THEN left me in the room 💔 ....... NOT A CREATURE was stirring, NOT EVEN A MOUSE. Currently at Collier Urgent Care and walked right in .. LESSON LEARNED ~
Dr. Potter is terrific. He makes you feel very comfortable by explaining everything, and he does not rush you along like other doctors. His office staff is top-notch too. I highly recommend him.
I worked in ANN for 4 1/2 years. I think it is the best medical office in Collier County. AMN has a very nice & professional staff. They provide an awesome care to the patients. If you get sick, don’t hesitate to go to ANN.

Had an amazing facial with Lauren today, after a recommendation by Tracy. The check in was easy, office was clean and offered a beverage upon arrival. Staff was friendly and professional. Myself and my mom value Tracy’s professional opinion and recommendations, and they did not disappoint. We both bought product when we left and will certainly be back.
