MRI of River North chose to wait until after they charged my card $600 for an MRI to mention the fact that my insurance company denied my coverage. They had my information more than a week beforehand and failed to mention that fact.
WRONG DIAGNOSTIC! Stay away this place is a scam all the way!! Went there for an MRI of cervical they “find” a node on my thyroid, they ask me to get an ultrasound on thyroid done, I did ($$$) From that, they told me to to do an Fine needle aspiration on my thyroid, I make the appointment on the hospital ( apparently the only place to get this type of exam done ) , when I get there, I got check by an radiologist and a doctor the perform on me an ultrasson prior the exam and guess what?? I'm just curious as to why there are not two lines. 1. for those that have e appt. to sign in and be called to counter. 2. for those without appt. Also curious as to why people are filling out paperwork at counter and not on a clipboard at seat so others in line do not miss appt. It has been a half hour to stand in line and back four people. Appt is passed and was told to be here 15 early to sign in. What exactly am I signing? There has to be a better system then the one currently in place for such a busy and demanding place... read more
Lied to my doctor stating I refused to make an appointment. I had an appointment and when I showed up they didn’t have my prescription they were sent. When they got that again they saw it was 2 MRIs needed and they couldn’t accommodate me during my appointment time. Biggest waste of an hour and to take the day off work made it worst.
