They said arrive 20 minutes before my appointment. I did, waited 5 minutes and it was my turn. Usually at a doctors office you get to wait for at least 15-20 minutes..
Total crap!! Apt set for 7/30/16 @ 6pm. Just got a call, they need to reschedule due to auth from insurance. I explained that I will pay out of pocket for the MRI. I was told no due to the contract they have with my insurance!!! WTH???? Really you won't let me pay cash???? I am in desperate need for the open MRI. I will never use this company and nor will I ever recomend it !! Your company is crap!!
Never a problem. Been coming here for over 10 years. Given it is for a mamagram, which is never fun, experience always great.
I am so,disgusted with advanced imaging. Two months ago I had my yearly lung ct scan at advanced imaging. Prior to this I had been going to Sarasota. I was not told that you did not take GHI. Everything seemed to go fine. Today I call to make an apt for my mammogram and am to,d you do not accept GHI? Regina said I don't have your previous mammogram on file and I said because I have not been there before she starts to tell me what I must do and I said forget it I will go back to Sarasota and have it done. The service is good except they say they are open right now but they are not answering the phones. When dealing with health issues and you can't get a hold of the place it can be very fustrating.
Horrible place. Poor patient care. Run out of canada. Treats employees like dirt. Dont pay emoloyees after they leave. Makes patiends wsit in line for 20 minutes out the door in abysmal heat. Only concerned about volume not quality of care.
