I thought they had improved, but this is beyond the pale. I am nearly 74 YO and had a mammogram 10 days ago that is still not on My Chart. After over 30 minutes on hold, the bottom line is “we’re having trouble with the new system” “we can mail it, or you can come pick it up in 2 days”. I asked if they could e-mail it and was told that the manager JEN said they couldn’t do that. Great staff! very helpful. very knowledgeable. sometimes you will have to wait. wait a while before your appointment time but the staff is very pleasant and understanding. would recommend coming here if you can versus any other place that has imaging capabilities like they do

Advanced Imaging provides X-rays, mammograms, and nuclear imaging stress tests (and more; I just noticed these.) Yesterday I had a diagnostic test conducted by Eric, the nuclear med tech, Elizabeth, NP, and Corisa (sp?), EKG tech. All 3 were kind, thoughtful, and friendly, all of which puts a patient at ease in a new situation. Eric called the day before to assure I knew what preparations I had to make. Calling this place is an actual disaster. I got a paper telling me to call to book appointment: As I called, I was transferred to the appointments department about ten times—every single time, they hanged up abruptly and nobody picked up. Calling this place for appointments is always egregious.
