Advanced Imaging provides X-rays, mammograms, and nuclear imaging stress tests (and more; I just noticed these.) Yesterday I had a diagnostic test conducted by Eric, the nuclear med tech, Elizabeth, NP, and Corisa (sp?), EKG tech. Calling this place is an actual disaster. I got a paper telling me to call to book appointment: As I called, I was transferred to the appointments department about ten times—every single time, they hanged up abruptly and nobody picked up. Calling this place for appointments is always egregious.
BEWARE !! ZERO STARS, in November my physician gave me an order for an x-ray. I walked in and asked the office how much would the service be if I paid cash. They looked at a sheet and told me it would be $61.54. I paid at the time of service and received the service and went home. About 2-3 weeks later I received a bill for $12.24. This office has the nerve to bill a cash pay patient after the fact for more money. Give ZERO if it was available! Wife needs CT w/resonance pre surgery scheduled in 4 days, tech can't hit a vein without searching around under the skin causing excruciating pain, because she wouldn't listen to my wife as to which vein to use, she's had plenty of tests and knows which one to use, the tech ignored her and gave up, other labs have been able to draw blood without a problem, we make it to the car and tech is leaving for lunch, now her upcoming procedure will most likely have to be postponed, so the tech could mak... read more
