I had a 4;15 appt and I was informed that the tech had left for the day at 4:20. I was informed by the receptionist that I was late while I was sitting in the waiting room and there was no attempt to contact me. Very disappointing and inconsiderate.
They took my X-rays and never faxed them over didn’t know until TWO WEEKS LATER, and now I’m fighting with medical billing over it.
Had great service from Tara. Kept me very informed about how long and how many more tests. She and Nancy gave me a suggestion for lunch. Dancing Fox was delicious!
Exceptionally friendly staff. My appointment's moved along nicely as well.
