If I thought that this unit’s laboratory provided the worst service in all of Virginia Beach, it was only because I hadn’t yet experienced the MRI service. They are always right, and the front desk employees only know how to laugh at us patients along with the MRI technicians behind the walls
My MRI Tech was wonderful. He was efficient and kind, I wish I knew his name so you could tell him he is a great employee. The rating comes from the fact that it’s been 11 days since my MRI (8 business days) and I have still not received my results. This delay has me waiting in pain because I cannot start PT and other treatments without these results. There is no one I can contact as a patient to see what the delay is, but my PCP says my MRI results still say “in process”. I already had to wait to get my MRI 3 weeks as that ... read more
My doctor wrote me a prescription for X-rays and I had options where to go. Since this location was nearby the hospital it was convenient. Parking was plentiful and near the door. They are located on the very end of the building. Check in was smooth and I was called back within 15 minutes. X-rays took around 10 minutes and the tech was great! Insurance was billed and the entire process easy. How could I not give a full 5 stars.
