If you have or are having a child do not go here! they are known to call CPS for no reason I had my son 2 weeks ago and he was 36 weeks when I had him. on the day he was born a nurse called CPS just to tell them he was pre mature and he was pre mature because I am type 1 diabetic I was going to community for high risk pregnancy and had a planned c section. they told them I had bipolar and that he was pre mature he had a feeding tube and iv because he couldn't eat for the first days but they told CPS that I didnt feed him, I ... read more
We can’t say enough about the excellent care my wife received while a patient on Community’s Medical-Surgical unit this past week. The nursing staff were attentive, knowledgeable and responsive to her needs. The respiratory therapists were first line defense against the pneumonia that she struggled with. The medical staff worked well together and we knew we were in excellent hands. The ancillary staff was always ready to help. my mother was brought in on friday with broken and crushed vertebraes, and broken ribs. her care was deplorable! no one cleaned her room while she was there, no laundry was done, no sponge baths given and she was discharged without any Dr or PT even looking at her today. No instructions were given to my father or sister...she was just thrown out. I have never heard anything good about this disgusting hospital and wish she had never been brought to that ER. Shame on you all!! this is not over!
Amazing place from Dr. Acher to the nurses to the custodial staff. Those involved made a horrible experience into an awesome experience. Our family is lucky. Thank you to all involved!
Best place for delivering babies! Friendly staff, incredibly supportive of my wishes throughout the experience, and the rooms were like beautiful comfortable hotel suites. Super expensive if you don’t have or don’t have in network insurance so check first! Overall made the whole experience as wonderful as we could have asked for.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS!! i just received a bill from a visit to a walk-in clinic from FOUR YEARS AGO. there is no reason listed for the charge, just that it is related to a visit dated AUGUST 19th 2015. i will be calling their customer service to give them HELL.
My daughter and granddaughter received outstanding care due to high risk pregnancy and premature birth. Very thankful for the amazing team working at Community Medical Center.
