my appointment was at 2:30. I pulled in the parking lot at 2:01. I went to the desk and signed and filled out all the papers and handed them in. I got into the MRI machine. I believe 315. I was at the site so long my parking bill was $16.50. I am disgusted with the service I got where I was 15 minutes earlier than the start time they gave me and still sat there over an hour before I was taken into the MRI machine.
I always have morning appointments. Unfortunately, my most recent appointment was 5 PM in the afternoon. I arrived early, as they told me to, for paperwork and contrast . To my surprise, they even took me in early too. My technician was very kind, helpful & he had a great personality too
The front desk receptionist delayed my procedure for 2.5 hours and no apology. Contact me on the phone I’ll explain what happened.
