I had a good experience coming here I would be coming to this facility again. The two girls in the front desk Jasmin and Brenda were so helpful and make sure I had everything that was needed to continue.
A truly bad experience: It's far too convoluted to explain, but the bottom line is that mistakes were made by Liberty Pacific Imaging from scheduling my two MRIs to them scheduling the INCORRECT MRI unit that my particular MRIs required. Very unprofessional team: The girls at the front desk were more interested in showing each other stuff their cell phones and giggling than handling clients. I'll never use this facility again.
The technicians were wonderful; so warm and personable!
