The staff and technicians here are friendly and professional, and I always have a good experience.
The staff was courteous on a busy day. Malia (?), who helped patients prepare for CT exams, was patient and helpful. Pam, who placed the IV and explained the procedure, was down-to-earth and knowledgeable, while also exhibiting kindness towards patients.
I was referred here by Kaiser since their schedule was full, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the radiologist was caring and courteous. I never thought I’d say this about an MRI, but it was truly a great experience. I’d definitely come back!
The call center is horrible then are rude. I still have not been able to get an appointment.
