We wouldn’t dream of trusting service to our central vacuum system to anybody other than Advanced. We use our vacuum every day, and when it showed a dramatic loss in suction power without any observable cause last Monday afternoon we called immediately. Our central vacuum system was clogged and I was unable to clear it on my own. Marc from Advanced Homes showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and cleared the blockage within the 1-hour time frame covered by the initial charge. The system is now working great and we're happy.
