Nurse Jessica was very helpful. She explained everything that we need to know. She was very kind.
Enhabit billed me 4x more than the quoted price. If they had told me that I was going to pay $130 per visit, I would never have accepted their services. My surgeons just recommended them as optional extra assistance after my procedure. They didn't even do anything. They took some real quick vitals and then tippity-tapped away at their computer for 20 minutes. I'm furious that I'm being billed an exorbitant amount for a service I didn't even need.
Poor inexperienced leadership! The Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services are very gossipy and talk about each other to staff! They are dishonest as well! Slow to respond to staff needs! The office manager never works and treats staff indifferent! They pretend to care about the patients but they don't! It's all about numbers and money for them!!
