I don't know where to begin. I am very disappointed with the services provided by this care home health. The intake nurse was very rude & mean. They need to hire people with better communication skills.. Please don't used the company none stop they are very good at lying.
I’ve never seen a medical team so unprofessional. Nasty attitudes, trashing physicians practices when she Denice has no idea what she’s talking about. I had to ask her to stop talking! It took 3-times for her to stop, because she had me that upset. That’s just the beginning of me firing them and telling Grant that non-of the 5 different employees are not welcome to my house. In addition, I will be contacting my insurance -company and reporting why and the hospital that referred them to me. They were too do therapy with me fo... read more
