Completely unprofessional. Never the same nurse. Physical therapist played on facebook/phone the entire time he was directing exercises. Last nurse missed her appointment with us & just showed up the next day. I'm also not sure if it's the lack of supervision but there is a bit of a Dr. type of attitude when their qualifications are wound care, BP, pulse ox, etc. One nurse told my mother with alzheimer's to "keep your hands busy to help with dementia/alzheimer's". I don't know where to begin. I am very disappointed with the services provided by this care home health. The intake nurse was very rude & mean. They need to hire people with better communication skills.. Please don't used the company none stop they are very good at lying.
I’ve never seen a medical team so unprofessional. Nasty attitudes, trashing physicians practices when she Denice has no idea what she’s talking about. I had to ask her to stop talking! It took 3-times for her to stop, because she had me that upset. That’s just the beginning of me firing them and telling Grant that non-of the 5 different employees are not welcome to my house. In addition, I will be contacting my insurance -company and reporting why and the hospital that referred them to me. They were too do therapy with me fo... read more
