Poor inexperienced leadership! The Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services are very gossipy and talk about each other to staff! They are dishonest as well! My husband received care after a serious MS Relapse. I was not sure what route of care to pursue. I first thought about a care center. That would have been a disaster. Pam and Morgan from Enhabit called me twice. They had genuine concern and put my mind at ease. They were honest, kind and knowledgeable. My husband did 2 sets of OT and PT. The employees (most) are gossipy and go back and tell others personal things you talked about not related to your health care (lesson learned). (Example: the person that answers the phone knew WAY too many personal things about me and my case and a lot was not even factual and she had no place to even discuss these things with me when all she needed to do was transfer me to who i requested to speak with).They (MOST) speak out of turn.
