All of the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Someone always answered the phone and was able to help immediately. They never rushed us or their visits, even coming to our home in the middle of the night to give us reassurance as we cared for my mom. We were very impressed with their compassion, including their follow-up after death.
I work at an exercise center for people with Parkinson's disease and we recently had a family who sang very high praises for Advanced. They felt pleased with the information provided to them at the start of services as well as throughout their entire care process, sung high praises of the team that they got to work with, and had an overall great experience.
