I am a caregiver for a 91 year old woman who was released from a rehab facility 10 days ago and nurse never came throughout her home. The physical therapist visited twice. She is back in the hospital with extremely low blood pressure & 4 falls within the 10 days. This may not have happened if she had the care she needed from this company! I've worked with the elderly for 30+ years & never encountered a situation like this! I discourage everyone from depending on good care for a loved one from this negligent company!!

My mom uses physical therapist, Ryan and occupational therapist, Mindy. They come to her apartment in the high-rise that she lives in. I can't say enough wonderful things about them and I'm sure it's a representation of this organization. They are so kind, patient, caring and they communicate great with me about my mom and her progress. If everyone in this company is like this, I would give them a hundred stars.
