In 2019 I filed a complaint concerning an issue with unexpected smell coming from crawlspace after encapsulation. The issue apparently was the result of an unexpected water table and poor drainage of water from down spouts. Unfortunately, we had some miscommunications initially and I file the complaint. Once our communication of the issue was corrected, AHC quickly addressed the problem. We had a hot water pipe break in our den wall in 2018 but were unaware that it had broken. So for months it leaked and soaked the crawl space under our pier and beam home. My wife began to have severe respiratory problems which eventually led to her being hospitalized and having surgery. Her respiratory problems continued, and she was eventually readmitted to the hospital. Her recovery was slow, and her doctors could not agree on how to proceed. Brian **** and Advanced Home Comfort. We had a 50's vintage pier and beam in Preston Hollow typical in Dallas had a really damp crawl space with mold and dampness. I interviewed a dozen companies but chose Advanced Home Comfort because of Brian's responsiveness. We could not be more please. We have a pristine clean and dry crawl space. I would definitely highly recommend Advanced Home comfort
