Poor Customer Service They came to my house to replace a blown transformer in my furnace/A/C. They just placed the new transforner on top of the old one and left it like that whicj i thought was a little sloppy, but the A/C worked then. When it came time to turn the furnace on it did not work. Before i called them back out to work on it again i thought i would look at the wiring schematic in the furnace and make sure it was wired up right since that is what i used to do for a living.
