I just want to share that last year. Our AC unit went out in the middle OF SUMMER Heat wave of a hundred and plus degree days in july of 2024! Bill was amazing at coming by and letting us know what the issue was along with multiple optionsto repair or replace it. Our houses unit was 20+ years old so we choose to just replace it. We purchased a new heat/ac unit for our house in 2022. Bill gave us quick professional and friendly service at the lowest price of all the bids. Today we gave him a call because our ac unit was not cooling. He responded immediately to our text. Was at our door in 45 minutes and had us back up and cooling an hour later. All at no charge. Couldn't be happier. Great value and great service. Thanks Bill!
