Last year Advanced came out and fixed our leak that drained our free on. System failure. All the free ones leaked out again. Advanced Teck men Dave and Shane figured out the error from before and Miss Betty waved all charges and they corrected all issues. These two men are extremely knowledgeable in their trade. Excellent workers and super friendly and felt like we knew them a long time. Highly RECOMMEND Advanced Heating and Air!! Thank you very much you 2 young men and Miss Betty!!!!!!!!!

Last August they came and replaced a fan in less than an hour for $637.93. Ok sure. Seems expensive for the unit but whatever, fine. I paid them that day with credit card. The next day, the owner Angela calls and says we didn't pay. I say no, you are mistaken, I did pay. They then continued to call, email, leave voicemails demanding payment. This went on for months.
