Last August they came and replaced a fan in less than an hour for $637.93. Ok sure. Seems expensive for the unit but whatever, fine. I paid them that day with credit card. The next day, the owner Angela calls and says we didn't pay. I say no, you are mistaken, I did pay. They then continued to call, email, leave voicemails demanding payment. This went on for months. I'm not sure how I missed the charge on my Citi card, maybe I got Stockholm's syndrome at this point, who knows. I eventually sent them a check. For $616.05. Tha... read more

Even though they didn't have what I was looking for they went above and beyond and found where I could get it. If they are this helpful for a non customer, you'd be lucky to do business with them!

Dennis, Angela, and the crew will take care of you! A few years ago, after 3 competing bids, I hired Advanced Heating and Air to installed a new HVAC unit. Dennis had some great ideas about rerouting some existing duct work, and this made a world of difference in the heating and cooling or my master bedroom. Unethical behavior by Angela “CEO”. No regard for your time and ill advised my tenants. If you want to hire a vendor that oversteps their boundaries and potentially makes you spend more money than you should then this is the company to contract.
