STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GROUP If I could give them negative stars I would. The front office staff in the Rose office is dangerously incompetent. Took two weeks to call in a prescription and needed several reminders. Took over two weeks to call to schedule a cardiac MRI and also required several reminders. They rescheduled a flow up appointment and when I arrived they said, "oh we've been trying to get in touch with you to reschedule again," which was untrue. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GROUP.

Terrible…waited 8 days for call back, called the office 8 days ago and today, looking for advice on what to do, 10 days on their prescribed new medication with lower extremities swollen and painful. Called day one and day 8, finally decided to call the after hours service for call back, 70 minutes no call, called back the answering service to give them the message to go fxxk themselves and 15 minutes later get a call back. Office manager and front desk person refused to listen when told that out-of-pocket maximum was reached so no co-pay should be due. Also argued about whether or not they accepted Colorado Medicaid. When a patient has proof that their out of pocket has been reached, they should be believed. It’s an easy call to insurance to verify. Very unprofessional.

They were so so kind and helpful. My mother had an emergency and they got her in promptly. The office we went to even had an operating room and beds so she didn't have to spend the night in the hospital. The caregivers were all so nice to her.
