Dr. Plon is truly exceptional. She is thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Despite having a busy practice, she took the time to listen and made me feel as though I was her only patient. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the office seemed to run very efficiently. My only suggestion would be to offer patients the option to pay their co-pay at the time of service. I personally prefer to take care of it during my visit rather than receive a bill afterward.
