The procedure and dealing with the front desk went smoothly. Only problem was the billing department. Kayla is not helpful at all in trying to resolve my father's bill. All she cared about was us paying out of pocket when I already explained that he is covered by insurance. Medicaid refused to pay in the beginning due to an error but once that was rectified I informed this billing department and she still wanted me to call medicaid again to reprocess the claim instead of her sending them the bill.

DR. BELEN GET A NEW RECEPTIONIST THE ONE YOU HAVE IS A MAJOR DIS-SERVICE TO YOUR PRACTICE!!!!! EITHER SHE GOES OR I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

The doctors are excellent here Dr. Spaccavento, Dr. Fonte, Dr. Plon, etc. It is the ones that answer the phone 📱 that are very , very rude. My daughter and I went to a new primary care doctor I believe it was on Friday for the first time and my daughter was very, very upset with what that primary care doctor had told her because that doctor was basically telling her differently than what Dr. Fonte has been telling my daughter for 3 years so what this primary care doctor was telling my daughter was causing my daughter to be ... read more
