Very Thorough and personable.
First visit today was great. I appreciate the referral to follow up with an ENT and there was no pressure that I had to get hearing aids now.
I made an inquiry through their website. It took many rounds of communication (phone tag proved to be pointless and we then primarily connected through email) but I was finally able to make an appointment. It may seem trivial, but my name is important to me. I was very clear in all communications who they were speaking to. When my appointment was confirmed, the receptionist was shoring up an appointment for my wife, not me.
