I have always had excellent service through Dr. Moore. My mother and I think this is the most wonderful person that helps us with our hearing problems and hearing aids. I can't say enough about Dr. Moore and the wonderful staff at Advanced Hearing Care! They were able to take care of all issues related to my aids, and Dr. Moore was able to make them work even better, which I didn't think was possible! Many thanks to the good Doctor and her staff!

Dr. Moore is concerned about helping her patients inprove their hearing and does not emphasize the purchase of the hearing aid until she has tested and discerned the need for one. My hearing loss is minimal, and I was given the option of getting the hearing now or waiting until a future time. After making the decision to purchase the devices, I was given clear instructions on how to use them and care for them. Dr. Stephanie Moore genuinely cares about each and every patient. Although I was not a candidate for hearing aids, completely deaf in my left ear, neurological, Dr. Moore gave me a few options and got me set up with a surgeon within a week. I highly recommend her for any and everyone.
I have the greatest respect for Dr Moore. She made me very comfortable and really helped me. Her staff is the best, they always great you with a smile and call you by name. Don't think you could find a better place to go if you need help hearing. They are the best
