I believe the ladies are all super nice. They do not care how many trips it takes to get it right for you they are always there to help you out. I usually get an appointment that day. Been with them for almost 4 years.

They are always willing to talk with me if I drop in at the office. If I call and ask for Dr. Stephanie to return my call she returns it within the day unless they tell me she is out. She is always very professional and will answer all questions about the device I have chosen or will talk with me about different devices if I request. Her office staff is very polite either on the phone or in person I highly recommend Advanced Hearing Care for any age person that may need an evaluation.

Larry is very pleased with his experience with the hearing test administered by Dr. Moore. Dr. Moore and her Staff couldn't have been any nicer. Dr. Moore took the time to explain the diagnosis and the options for care. We will definitely use her Service for Our hearing care.
