My needs were taken care of in regards to my hearing aid
Dr. Arnold is always patient and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about Cochlear implants and takes the time to listen.
I had the opportunity to get to meet and visit with Dr Smith. I thought she was very intelligent, knowledgeable and helpful. I hope I get her again some time. She is a true asset to your company.

It was on time and as usual, thoughtful and great to work with...Kimbell I great.
Once again I have had issues with the right & left devices maintaining charge. I purchased the rechargeable devices. Dr. Arnold listened very patiently took notes and said she would send the devices back to the techs for review, repair or possibly replacement. Dr. Gave me a loner set of devices which are not rechargeable. The hearing with these is much clearer & the batteries she put in on Tuesday are still showing full or almost full charge! Dr. Forbes is always very professional during our office visit. He explains everything very clearly to me. Adjusting my hearing aids has helped me to hear better. I now have to turn them down because sounds are much loader. Thanks for your service to me.
