I had been seeing heather for a few years, I asked her to take over my hormone therapy but at our first appointment what she wanted to do I didn’t feel comfortable with, and I expressed that. Also she lied to me when I asked her about her training in hormone therapy, I wanted a Worldlink provider, she told me she was, come to find after what she suggested is not anything a word link provider would recommend. Mrs. Janet is such a beauty, and always one of my faves to see when I walk in. APRN Taylor is a blessing in human form I promise you. Out of all my years of receiving medical attention, she has been the only one who has listened to my concerns, and is actually doing something about them - even with leveled suggestions. These are not women who support women. These are women who play Christian music but can barely fit their head through the door because of ego. Their ignorance to what FMLA is and how it works affects neither their personal or professional life, but it greatly impacted mine. If a doctor is going to default to "It's Florida's law," documentation on that should be provided. Instead, these women were dismissive and condescending. Definitely shouldn't be in positions of power over others.

I waited a week before posting this review because I wanted to make sure I had time to think it over. My appointment was scheduled for 9:20 a.m. on 7/10/26. I was running behind due to traffic, so I called the office to let them know I would be late. The receptionist told me she needed to ask if I could still be seen because they only allow a 5-minute grace period. After putting me on hold for about two minutes, she came back and said my appointment would have to be rescheduled and that I would be charged a $50 no-show fee. ... read more
