Do not recommend Veterans or military families use this practice all. Everyone has a bad day, however I left unheard, unhelped, and problems ongoing. We simply weren't able to communicate to any resolution. They do not understand military forms, but will take your money to fill them out incorrectly. Just find somewhere else people. *Update* 04-25-26 - Still no resolution or attempts on their behalf to communicate, for those curious my appointment was 04-09.
We moved to Panama City Beach back in 2022. I was looking for a Primary Care provider and saw Heathers Profile online, so I took a chance and book an appointment with her. From day one she treated me with respect, gentleness and kindness. She is so easy to talk to and is always willing to spend time listening to any of my concerns and goes above and beyond to be sure she is giving me the best treatment.
