I am amazed that after only 7 sessions I feel like a new person! I have a slipped disk in my lower back and have been through therapy sessions for over a year. Today is Thursday and after an entire year plus I haven't had any Alleve since Sunday. Woo hoo love it!

I very much enjoyed my time there. It was a lot of work, but so worth it. The money I put into it, I told myself it was for a good cause, my health!! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I learned a lot so when things backslide, I know what to do to get back on track. I made friends with the employees. Have to drop by occasionally just to say hi. I miss everyone!! Thanks for all of your help, good information and friendship.
I've been coming up here for over a year and love everything about this place. Staff is awesome and know what they're doing. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!
