I was referred to Advanced Home Health after a major surgery. The nurse came out to get me on service on a Monday and said she would be in touch to help me with my dressings after I saw my dr on Friday. I never heard from her and on Saturday my wound was leaking. I called the on call nurse and asked if she could come help me. She said it was close to 5 pm and she was off at 5.
