Booked appointment for 11:45a. They took me back at 11:51a. The actual massage began at 11:56a. The massage ended at exactly 12:30p. The 1 hour massage I booked lasted 34 minutes.
My first post didn't show up so I'm making another. They texted me that I had an appt I didn't make. The lady kept insisting that I had made it yesterday and that she was the one that made several appts for me. She was so hell bend on being right instead of trying to figure out what went wrong. She eventually rushed me off the phone and told me to have a nice day and hung up. I'm sure the other client that those appts were suppose to be for will not be happy. They might just lose 2 clients instead of one.
Friendly and competent staff. I can stand up straight and walk without agony after 13 weeks treatment.
