My name is Joan and using my son's phone. Natasha really helped me with my showers. She always made me feel comfortable and asked me how I was feeling. So did Michael. Karen had a way of calming me down with all my concerns. Erin my therapist gave me lots of confidence in myself. Kelly was so helpful in getting me the type of walker I used at home. Big thank you to Keith and Craig. I was told I’d never walk again and that was a lie. These 2 guys got me back to where I wanted to be. I owe this place everything.
My elderly sister was admitted following emergency hip surgery. She was very weak, on a catheter, and unable to put weight on her surgical leg. Over the next 10 days, she grew progressively weaker and lost weight due to her stubborn refusal to eat and lacking medical intervention to keep her nutrition up. There was no assessment meeting or conversation with care staff, despite repeated requests for it, and she had no PT for the first 5 days she was there.
