Please reconsider sending your family here. They will not follow hospital dischage directions, they will not make follow up care appointments with specialists--even if its on hospital discharge paperwork. They will NOT monitor your family, they leave them in a room alone. My mother had multiple seizures there (Nurses witnessed them) but Roxanne (the head nurse) refuses to believe they happened. I think this place is very beautiful, everyone here is so nice and very kind. I will miss being here. Sophia took me and the other ladies to activities and then to have lunch together which was the highlight of my stay. I really enjoyed everything about that. Such caring and friendly people here I'm definitely going to recommend this place. I know my friends will too. They fell in love with how beautiful it is. Thank you Aree one of the best. Kelly, Michelle, Conrad and Chirleze were great with the therapy.
I requested to come here after my last experience. Sally and Magali are excellent, Keith was such a professional therapist, I feel I'm getting what I need. Sophia and her activities made my day. It was so much fun with all the nice ladies and having lunch with everybody. I really enjoyed my time here. I will come back here if I ever need to again. With some mild corrections.
My experience here is one i will never forget. I won't get into because I was treated with the upmost care and respect by Juanita and Sophia who made sure I was going to feel better regardless. My care here was good thank you to my cna's Twanae, Anastasia, Ashley, & Marita. My therapy was Kelly and Keith thank you both. Again the compassion i was given by Sophia was a 10/10
