Id like to start off thanking these AMAZING & VERY COMPATIONATE staff. Kelly, Keith & Phyllis were Happy, Motivating and very COMPASSIONATE & VERY CARING and they Listen. I can go on and on. I don't want to leave anyone out, Tina, Imalda, Ashley, Tawanna, Bonnie, Johnny and Gloria. My CNA's. 10/10 cleanliness, 10/10 food was good. Last but not lease SOPHIA was just a superb person. Very very caring. These people here were all just outstanding in every way.
It’s not hard to understand the high rating when this facility is so selective in the patients they accept. I would consider this a “fluff” facility in that they seem to cater to relatively healthy patients that need short term care rehabbing from surgery. I would think twice about coming here if your loved one has serious issues. This facility should be fined for discrimination for violating the Americans with Disabilities Acts. I stayed after an amputation, and I have to say that my stay there was absolutely amazing. Everybody was cool and friendly and helped me out so much. I felt so comfortable. I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say about the facility and staff. P.S. They got snacks!
Advanced health care went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and wants were met. A special thank you to the staff. Therapy and administration. The food was 10/10 the housekeeping was very exceptional. The room seemed like a hotel suite, I love the windows being opened and the big tv will direct tv and all the Chanel’s. They made sure I got to all my appointments on time and I never had to wait to be picked up either. Thanks Manny. He was awesome. Erin stood out to be the best. Definitely 5 stars
First and formost i want to say this place is beautiful. Very clean. Food was great. Therapy went very well. They were very professional. Sophia was so sweet, i wasnt up for activities but the room visits sure were nice.i feel very happy and positive about going home.
