I do not recommend this place if your loved one needs ostomy care. The staff (even the wound care nurse) lacked any proper knowledge or skills to handle ostomy care. My dad's ostomy bag leaked repeatedly while he was there because they did not know how to properly attach the ostomy bags. My sister had to notify the wound care nurse that the doctor should be notified because my dad's skin around the stoma had become red and inflamed from the repeated leakage and improper cleaning. Negligent nursing. I am a physicain/surgeon in Las Vegas. The care they have been giving my patients at their facility is negligent. They don't seem to understand wound care or the importance of following a physician's instructions. They are combative and are unwilling to admit when they are wrong or don't follow orders. If you are having problems at this facility, report the issues to medicare and medicaid. Please stop these people from hurting anyone else!
