If I could give them zero stars I would. They tried to send my Mother, who was a private payer to a run down, unlocked facility at Endeavor house in Kearny. It was dirty, smelled like smoke and didn’t even have her on the list after speaking with us for 2 weeks . Luckily we found Serenity at Summit for detox. Then, a day before her DC, decided to change the price bc apparently after the New Year, the price goes up bc addicts “drink themselves” to death. One of the best decisions that I've ever made
If they were a retail business, I give them a zero on customer service. They've acquired a facility in Kearny to do "detox". You are referred there whether you need it or not. The bulk of the staff there is not licensed and does not pay any attention to detail on the intake. We came there directly from hospital discharge with a detailed health record and post op instructions. No one even read the report. excellent staff... the male php was a little crowded but overall good treatment center.
Advanced seriously saved my life! The counselors there care, and provided the stepping stones towards being successful in recovery, and my peers are now my long distance Jersey family ❤️ I am now over 5 months sober, and I cannot wait to return to Advanced as an alumni!
not even a question that advanced has a staff, curriculum, groups, activities, alumni and atmosphere that is unparalleled to any other place. I have never had such a comfortable experience. and unfortunately I have decades of experience in this field. so what do I recommend about Advanced health and education?? I recommend if you feel you need help pick up the phone now and call them.
Advance health and education was amazing for me and I am coming up on a year clean! They moved the housing from the marriott to a beautiful huge house for the females. The classes were all very informative and pretty much all the counselors try there best to get you involved. For myself I couldn't of had a better counselor- Thank you Miss Cathy for all that you did for me! Advance saved my life and that really says a lot about this facility- You get out what you put in!
