This place is very slow, if you don’t want to waist your time go to Wurth . I always wait to be helped at the front desk. The workers are always training and don’t know much about product. Everybody is moving slow. Working hours don’t match what they have on google, it’s messed up . Also their website is super complicated. I was able to write this review while waiting at the front desk even though there was no customers in front of me, it’s just super slow. My visit to Wurth takes 3-4 minutes, this place- 15-20 easily.
Doug in paint department was very patient explaining options an suggesting process to meet my outcome goals. All of front staff very professional.
Super friendly staff. One on one customer service. AMAZING!!
They didn't have what I needed but were kind enough to point me in the direction to go find it.
