I'm huge on customer service, that is what drives me to use a specific company. Unfortunately my experience this company was despicable. My initial conversation with the lady who operates the front desk was uncalled for. So unprofessional, she was nothing less than rude. She assured me I would receive a call back within two days. The two day time frame lead to five days, and only because I called back. She said I need to be more patient and that she was going to call me back when she had time. How rude is that.
