Stopped here to change the oil. It was a longest oil change in my life. In addition they didn’t put washer on to the oil tank screw and it started licking right away. Lucky nothing happened to engine after their service

We bought a Groupon and made an appointment. I showed up early, and he said he couldn't fit me in. I'll never be back. Full refund required.

I will never return again. They did an oil change on a prius and when we got home 1 mile away there was coolant in the driveway. I took it back amd they wouldn't even offer to look at it to see if it was something they did. They stated that they dont touch the coolant at all when doing an oil change or even top off fluids. The middle easter gentleman stated that they dont make mistakes. I took it to another shop and goodyear left the radiator cap off and the oil filter loose. Also contacted the BBB and corporate.

I called to ask how long is the wait for an oil change, guy said 30min, I get there 4 min later to check in, the same guy says it's a two hour wait, I wanted to slap him....
