I received home window glass replacements under warranty that were clouded from condensation. These replacements are the literal “glass only” and I had no clue how to complete the install. I contacted Advanced Glass Services and was told by Mandy they could help me out. Jason and Danny came by on the day of my appointment and went right to work. Used a Sawzall to cut the old windshield out on the bottom and broke my dash door on top center of dash in 2 places. Failed to tell me. I heard every word that they were saying and they said the dash was brittle. I never saw anyone use a Sawzall on a drivable car. That method is used at LKQ to take one out of a junkyard car. Just because the paint is faded on my hood I still drive the car daily and it runs great with plenty of life or I wouldn't have spent $323 for a new windshield. Other than that great job.
