I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done. This was my worst experience ever! It wasn't my first rodeo, but my last here! 1. OR room/facility was dirty; ceilings, walls, floors! This environment should be the absolute cleanest area! 2. Dr. Q supposedly performed the procedure, but she didn't introduce herself to me! Therefore, I can not say she did! 3.
